Some players he has studied and performed with include Oz Noy, Nate Radley, Jeffrey Lockhart, Matt Rollings, David Gilmour, Marty Walsh, Scott Hesse, Toronzo Cannon, Donna Herula, Jonas Friddle, and the Masters Collection Collective. He has opened for Wim Tapley, Brandon ‘Taz’ Neiderauer, Spilly Cave, DMF, Kelsey Blackstone, and Snorkeler.
He has played on many different studio projects, the largest of which include the album “Table 42” by Pat Kennedy. His standout performances come on song 6 of the album, “BUM BUM” and song 10, “Call You Any Time”. Here, his soulful, funky, raw playing really shines.
He is also a featured performer on “Tribulations” by the One Mann Band, and will be featured on future releases by both Pat Kennedy and Oliver Mann, and is featured on many artists' upcoming releases in 2026.
He released his own DIY projects in 2024 and 2025, titled “When You're Around” and “Just Whatever: Live Session”. Both sessions were independently written and recorded, and tell an important story of Gabe's life story, and his headspace at the moment of composition. He also plays lead guitar on “In The Wake of Insomnia,” a project of friend, collaborator, and bassist, Nate Wilson.
As a part of the Berklee Community, Gabe has had the opportunity to do countless sessions and gigs, in all genres, even recording with Grammy award winner Matt Rollings and Mark Walker, as well as studio legend Marty Walsh. He is comfortable and very willing to share his talents on guitar and bass in the studio for arrangers, composers, songwriters, and anyone to whom he can be of service. He also works as a private guitar and bass instructor, as well as a bandleader and band coach.
